Description

**AMENDMENT 0001** The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Provide Pre-Proposal Meeting Minutes, including Question and Answers #1 through #8. (2) Administratively correct estimated price in SF 1442 Block 10 to read ""between $500,000 and $1,000,000."" (3) Provide administrative corrections to National Guard Agency Protest Procedures at end of Section 00 21 16. (4) Incorporate FAR Clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application in Section 00 72 00.1 **ORIGINAL** Asphalt paving (full replacement base course aggregate and bituminous; mill and overlay hot mix; drainage; sealant; striping); approximately 7,600 sq yards in 13 contiguous areas. Estimated price is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, if all options are exercised (no later than 30 Sep 2023). Bid bond required with proposal.� Payment and Performance Bonds required within 10 days of award.
