Bid due date and time remain the same. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment A00002 and Request for Information Responses posted on 6/16/2023.� Please see attachments for further details. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** AMENDMENT W9127P23B0005 A00002 This amendment makes changes to the solicitation; these changes represent one of three types, either adding new information, deleting information, or revising existing information. Changes made by this amendment replace the previously issued sections of the advertisement, as referenced in the below summary of changes: Bid schedule: Updated Bid Quantities Specs section 35 20 23: revised first sentences in subsections 1.5.1.4 and 1.5.1.5 Plan sheets G-02, G-03 and all C sheets: updated dredge reach extents and added current condition survey Updated Wage Determination CA20230018 6-9-2023 **************************************************************************************************** AMENDMENT A00001 The purpose of this amendment is to revise the bid due date in the 1442 to 26 June 2023 @ 1:00PM as stated in Section 00 21 00, paragraph 1.7, page 15 . ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Karen Smith at karen.smith@usace.army.mil. Estimated cost range in between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Job Description: The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the San Joaquin/Port of Stockton River DWSC to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, except� the Sediment Trap, which shall be dredged to -38.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland sites shown on plan sheets. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse sites and per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. ALL BIDS will be due on June 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM PDT unless revised by an amendment. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 9:00 AM PDT on Tuesday, June 27. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
