Construction. 4) Project Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000 5) Submit Proposals no later than 7 July 2023 @ 10:00 AM EDT 6) Prospective off erors are HIGHLY encouraged to attend a Site Visit on 22 June 2023 at 1:30 PM EDT. (See Documents f or Access Requirements) Aw ard will be made, in accordance w ith FAR 13.106-3, to the responsible offeror w hose proposal conf orms to the Request for Proposal, and is most advantageous to the Government considering price and non-price related factors.
