- For proposal to be considered, please review, acknowledge, and complete all required sections of Solicitation W56HZV-22-Q-0014 and Solicitation Amendments W56HZV-22-Q-0014 0001 and W56HZV-22-Q-0014 0002 before submission. ***** The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing solicitation W56HZV-22-Q-0014, intended to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with 100% option for the following requirement: NOUN: FIRE EXTINGUISHER NSN: 4210-01-681-9997 Part Number: 12542354-5 Total weight per the drawing : 23.0 lbs Technical Data Package: None Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) No.: AK16819997 Level of Preservation / Level of Packing: Military / B Inspection / Acceptance / FOB Point: Origin / Origin / Destination Response Due By: 17 July 2023, 5:00pm EST Description: The FIRE EXTINGUISHER is an automatic or hand operated device designed to discharge upon a fire. Automatic devices have heat, some or optical detectors. Device may or may not be charged but must contain all components necessary for discharge once filled with firefighting agents or chemicals. All Proposals MUST be submitted via email to Contract Specialist (mukti.deb.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-22-Q-0014 (Company Name). NOTE: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection.
