Description

SCAI FINAL Solicitation Synopsis The FINAL solicitation for the SCAI acquisition is anticipated to be posted within weeks of 17-28 July 2023.� The final solicitation will include the CLIN structure, sections B-M, the order and any other information pertinent to acquisition.� Electronic copies of each volume of the proposal shall be submitted in the Solicitation Module of PIEE at https://piee.eb.mil. For instructions on how to post an offer, please refer to the Posting Offer demo: https://pieetraining.eb.mil/wbt/sol/Posting_Offer.pdf.� Offerors are advised to make sure they are ready and able to upload proposals to PIEE since this is where proposals will be submitted.� Please note the past performance volume will be due before the technical and price volumes. It is the goal of the Government to send out the Offeror questions and Government answers on a CD regarding the draft solicitation on or about 5 July 2023 to all potential Offerors that have submitted the GFI Request Form and are approved to receive this information.� If an Offeror wishes to receive the answers or other GFI and has not done already so please submit a GFI Request Form to Lynn Carlson.� The GFI Request Form was posted previously with the DRAFT solicitation. Attachments to the final RFP that cannot be posted will also be sent out on a CD using the same process.
