- This notice serves as the synopsis for the following: The 772 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS) in conjunction with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland, TX, desire to contract with Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms in support of the Air Force�s environmental mission to provide all efforts necessary to manage and execute Title I, Title II, and Other A-E�Services supporting environmental restoration, environmental conservation and planning, environmental quality (compliance and�pollution prevention), and other related environmental services programs worldwide.
