- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Canon Vascular Ultrasounds System CANON MEDICAL SYSTEMS USA, INC. Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide an ongoing full-service Radiology Equipment preventative maintenance and repair program at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center (613), 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405. The government is contemplating a Base period Firm Fixed Price PO to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Martinsburg WV VAMC. BACKGROUND Contractor shall provide upgrades to a Olympus vascular system at Martinsburg, WV. SCOPE Please see the equipment list below.
