Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. IAW FAR Part 13, this purchase order is intended to be awarded as a Single Source procurement. With reference to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of Single Source acquisitions, the procurement of this acquisition is justified on the basis that�Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is the only manufacturer of JREs. The JRE utilizes SAIC proprietary software as well as technical/intellectual design and fabrication drawings for which SAIC reserves rights. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Any interested party that believes that there is not proprietary information for the requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability by providing documentation confirming authorization and certified capability identified in this notice to fulfill the requirement being requested by 2:00 CST on July 13, 2023. Responses to this notice without confirmation will not be considered as valid.
