- This is a competitive selection conducted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.5 ordering procedures for Fair Opportunity, that is set aside for Small Businesses to be awarded under the�Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Multiple Award Contract for Modifications (MACM) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for:�� POOL B - ROTARY ONLY and POOL A (FIXED WING) and POOL B (ROTARY WING) This solicitation is to establish the modification upgrade of the Standby Turn Rate Indicator and Battery Backup Source for the TH-1H aircraft fleet.�This effort will require the Contractor to perform non-recurring engineering (NRE) for integration, development of modification Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO), Technical Data Package (TDP), Technical Order (TO) updates, prototype and verification installations, prototype manufacturing/delivery, TO validation/verification, and testing and delivery of Production Kits, and provisioning.
