Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MA City: Westwood Delineated Area: City limits of Westwood, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1718 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1830 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface):�5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using other than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Westwood, MA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year floodplain. The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 1718 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Westwood, MA. The Government is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 1718 ABOA SF if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
