Solicitation N6852023Q0053�is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/)database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� *This is a small business set-aside in accordance with 52.219-6.* See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
