- Description
- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0033, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Oshkosh Snow Blower Parts requirement. See the attached Parts List for more information. This will be 100% Small Business set aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333924 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this solicitation notice is the Standard Form 1449, Brand Name Justification, and Parts List for this requirement.� All questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil no later than 03�July 2023�by 4:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: �FA469023Q0033 � Solicitation Questions � Oshkosh Snow Blower Parts�. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than�10 July 2023�by 4:00pm MDT to taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: �Quote � FA469023Q0033 � Solicitation � Oshkosh Snow Blower Parts�. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement. �Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.�
