- Description
- Scope of Work: The scope of this project is to perform a complete service of the Marlow Inc. model MRO-50K-8H reverse osmosis unit, including the replacement of the carbon filter attached to it (Marlow Inc. model a CA-42G-2). This will include the following tasks: Inspection and removal of the existing carbon filter media Replacement of the carbon filter media with carbon contour acid washed Calgon and gravel 1/8 x 1/16 flint number 20 Testing the carbon filter and ensuring that it is operating correctly Schedule: The service will be scheduled at a time that is convenient for the customer and does not interrupt their operations. The service is expected to take approximately one day, depending on the condition of the unit. Materials: All necessary materials, including carbon contour acid washed Calgon and gravel 1/8 x 1/16 flint number 20, will be supplied by the service provider. The customer will be informed of any additional costs before any work is carried out. Reporting: Upon completion of the service, a detailed report will be provided to the customer outlining the work that was carried out and the current state of the unit. The report will also include any recommendations for further maintenance or repairs that may be required. Health and Safety: The service provider will adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines throughout the duration of the service. Any necessary safety precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of both the service provider and the customer. Disposal of Consumed Materials: The contractor must dispose of all consumed materials, including the existing carbon filter media and any other materials used during the service, properly in accordance with any state or local laws. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all waste is disposed of in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Warranty: All work carried out by the service provider will be covered by a warranty period of 90 days, starting from the date of completion. Any issues arising during this period will be addressed by the service provider at no additional cost to the customer. Cost: The cost of the service will be determined based on the specific requirements of the unit and the cost of the materials needed. The customer will be provided with a detailed cost estimate before any work is carried out.
