Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement to reupholster the living room sofa and (4) club chairs at the CWT House at 729 18th Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025 per the Environment of Care findings in 2022. This contract will be performed in accordance with the statement of work. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811420, $9M. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov to be eligible for award. Please carefully read FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and VAAR 852.273-73 Evaluation Health Care Resources in order to respond to this RFQ. Failure to do so may eliminate your response from being considered for award. IAW FAR 16.504, the Government intends to award a Single Award firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation.
