- The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) has a requirement for services supporting ABMC�s efforts to prepare for and host a series of major World War 80th anniversary events, specifically the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy, France. For full details regarding this requirement, see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFP Instructions Letter. UPDATED 6/28/23 to add vendor questions and answers. UPDATED 7/3/23 to extend the deadline to 7/15/23.
