Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement, a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The government will upload the materials used for information gathering. The United States Section, International Boundary and Water Commission, USIBWC, intends to solicit for and award a contract(s) for the performance of design and subsequent construction to increase the capacity of the SBIWTP that includes essential rehabilitation of existing infrastructure and capacity expansion resulting in a capacity to 50 mgd.
