A sole source procurement will be issued to Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), 6951 E Southpoint, Tuscon, AZ 85756-9407., in accordance with (FAR) Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the services are unique or highly specialized.- The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services is most appropriate for this requirement. The size standard is $15 million. 36C10X23Q0211 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and submit quotations by the closing date/time of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
