- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mississippi City: Pearl Delineated Area: N:� Flowood Dr./Lakeland Dr. S:� Hwy 468/Whitfield Rd. E:� Burnham Rd./Luckney Rd. W:� Old Hwy 49 South Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,200 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 8 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. 1,200 SF enclosed exterior/warehouse storage to store field equipment and two trailers.� The enclosed storage shed will require two 10 Ft. x 10 Ft. Roll Up Doors with each having at least 21� depth to park trailers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
