AMENDMENT 0003 - 07/05/2023 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PICTURES OMITTED FROM THE ORIGINAL STATEMENT OF WORK DUE TO DOCUMENT CONVERSION AND EXTEND THE DUE DATE FOR OFFERS UNTIL JULY 14TH, 2023. NO OTHER CHANGES. AMENDMENT 0002 - 06/29/2023 -�THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT THE BID GUARANTEE TERMS TO CHANGE THE BID GUARANTEE FROM 100% TO 20%. NO OTHER CHANGES. DUE DATE IS NOT EXTENDED. On Page 14 of Solicitation: 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections: ""(b) The amount of the payment protection shall be 20 percent of the contract price."" AMENDMENT 0001 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO DOCUMENT THE SITE VISIT HELD ON JUNE 12TH, 2023 AND PROVIDE ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ASKED DURING, BEFORE AND AFTER THE SITE VISIT. SPECIFICATIONS SECTION 134400 - 2.2 - H. STAIRS HAS BEEN UPDATED, SEE AMENDMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. DUE DATE REMAINS JULY 7TH, 2023 BY 1700 (MT). The Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests, Ouray Ranger District, is seeking offers for the Montrose Mezzanine and Metal Storage Cages project. Description of Work: Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor and materials to provide a wire cage system to meet specifications and drawings. Work is estimated to begin in August 2023 and continue until February 2024. Project Location: Montrose Administrative site located at 1318 6400 Rd, Montrose CO 81403 (MONTROSE COUNTY, CO) There is a site visit scheduled for June 12th, 2023 at 10 AM (local time) at the Montrose Administrative site location addressed above. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a small business set-aside.
