The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd Gallup NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for nine (9) SteriLumen Scientific Air S400 UVC disinfection and filtration devices to be delivered within 30 days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334512 � Automatic Environmental Control Manufacturing for Residential, Commercial, and Appliance Use with a small business size standard of 500 employees.� The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00064 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by Friday, July 7, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need and price.� Quotes will be due on or by Friday, July 14, 2023. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside.
