Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition for the Steris Medivator Sterilizer at the Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond Virginia 23249. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: Providing preventative and corrective maintenance from Steris Corporation for Medivator sterilizer at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The period of performance will be Aug 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024, and is to serve as the base year. Fiscal Years 2024 through 2027 shall serve as option years 1 through 4, respectively. The Partnership Service Agreement is to include and is not limited to: Annual on-site preventative maintenance One on-site operator training program annually upon facility request Corrective on-site maintenance upon need of remedial service All labor, travel, shipping, and parts for preventative and corrective maintenance is included at no additional cost On-site support shall occur between 8 am and 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. In response, please include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit a bid as a prime contractor (capability statement); (b) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers; (c) past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers. At least two (2) references are requested, but more are desirable. Responses to this notice should also identify whether the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories listed above. Your response is required by: Friday 7 July 2023 @ 12:00 PM EST. All capable Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail via email to: warren.pennil@va.gov.
