- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT request for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the following: The interest and capability of small business, especially service-disabled veteran owned small business and veteran owned small business. Whether the business source is a manufacturer or authorized distributor, verified by an authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer; and Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334510 for the proposed acquisition. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking potential sources for a FOTOFINDER Automated Total Body Mapping System, brand name or equal, to be provided for the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. All items shall be new; refurbished/used items are not acceptable. Brand name or equal requirements: Purchase of FOTOFINDER Automated Total Body Mapping System or equivalent. Contractor shall provide FOTOFINDER Automated Total Body Mapping System or equivalent to Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. FOTOFINDER Automated Total Body Mapping System shall be considered equal if it has the following salient characteristics: Automated Total Body Mapping System Towerstation offering Hospital grade cart with 4 locking castors - Motor-powered camera and PolFlash XE - Built in Isolating transformer for electrical safety - Camera lift for Polflash XE with full frame DSLRs - Camera moves up and down automatically - Integrated LaserLiner for patient positioning A component offering the following: FotoFinder computer-controlled Xenon flash - Regular and polarized flash tubes - FotoFinder Zoom motor for hands free zoom adjustment - Built in power supply for Canon cameras A camera offering: High-performance full-frame DSLR Camera - 26.2MP CMOS sensor with DIGIC 7 Image Processor - Lens is operated through FotoFinder Zoom Motor - Images are captured in RAW Other components offering: Full screen images with 1920x1080 pixels - Completely controlled by software - LED ring light for close-ups - Touch panel on back of camera to control software features High-precision lens for 20-140X optical magnification - Integrated LED lights - Twin light for polarized and non-polarized dermoscopy - 1 extra tip for contact and 1 tip for non-contact dermoscopy included A Laser Liner Built into Towerstation - Displays red horizontal positioning line on floor - Consistent distance to patient - Distance of horizontal line approx. 45 RAW Image Processing for superior image quality - Direct live preview on-screen - Software displays corresponding patient pose and controls camera movement (20 standard views cover about 90% of the skin surface, additional photos can be captured as needed) - Ghost Feature for follow ups - SQL image database for easy and fast retrieval of patient photos - Onscreen comparison with SmartZoom - Integrated Report printing Software for detection of new moles on patients with multiple nevi - Bodyscan circles detected moles on Baseline Photo and tries to match them with Follow-up Photo - Identified spots are marked with color coded circles. - Artificial Intelligence for Bodyscan evaluation support Displays all detected lesions on a single screen - Auto toggle feature between baseline and follow up photos - Automatic sorting of lesions by size or body area and categorization as new, changed or unchanged lesions based on Bodyscan results - Smart zoom and lesion indicator feature on global view - Quick Marker feature for Dermoscopy - Quick Link for Dermoscopy image capture All contractors that are interested in meeting this requirement are asked to submit the following information: Company Name Company Address DUNS Number Company POC Name Company POC Phone Company POC Email Business Size/Type under NAICS 334510 Country of Origin for proposed item GSA Contract Number (if applicable) If proposing equal items, provide detailed documentation showing how the proposed items are equal to the FotoFinder brand.
