Description

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for NSN 5975-01-561-2436, MOUNTING�BASE,ELECT to support the E2/C2 ALL SERIES. �Covered Defense Information Applies to this item. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher-Level Quality Management does apply. �The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A IAW FAR 15. � A letter solicitation will be issued, and this solicitation will NOT be posted publicly. You may request a copy by contacting the Acquisition Specialist. The proposed contract is sole source (3/D) to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, CAGE 70974. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against the OEM�s current BOA. � Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. �NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size is 1,250 employees. �� The purchase request quantity is for 5 each. Delivery: FOB origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 836 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO).� Other than certified cost or pricing data is required.
