Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Contracts Management Division (CMD), intends to award on a sole-source basis a Task Order to Mathematica, Inc., 600 Alexander Park Princeton, New Jersey 08540-6346, United States for research services to study school meal operations, School Year 2023 - 2024 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). This requirement for research services to study school meal operations, School Year 2023 � 2024 is a follow on to Contract Number 12319819A0009, Order Number 12319819F0162 for School Meals Operations Study. Mathematica Inc. previously created highly specialized study protocols and developed highly specialized study materials. �Due to the familiarity of Mathematica Inc. with the data collection tools, analyses conducted, variables created, and study reports written, they are the best contracting option for conducting these continued research services. Mathematica has built a significant base of highly specialized knowledge while conducting the first four years of the study. That knowledge base is broad and includes important topical information as well as pragmatic and logistic information, both of which will be invaluable to study the proposed additional school year.�
