- The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Blue Courage LLC, 900 Lakewood Place, Aurora, IL 60506-4932, Cage Code: 76M24, and UEI: SBSAB3BCN363, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The NAICS code is 611430. �This requirement is for the purchase of Blue Courage (4) four-day Resilience Advantage Certification Course and training materials. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. �USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. � The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
