The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Blue Courage LLC, 900 Lakewood Place, Aurora, IL 60506-4932, Cage Code: 76M24, and UEI: SBSAB3BCN363, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The NAICS code is 611430. �This requirement is for the purchase of Blue Courage Academy Kit and participants training materials. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. �USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. � The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
