Description

This RFQ number has been changed, interested parties please refer to the new RFQ number W9124R23Q0004. Sole Source Intent: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis with United States Department of the Army doing business as: Family Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program located at Property Book Officer, Yuma, AZ 85365-9498. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement to provide 3,800 meals. Period of Performance: 16 July 2023 to 10 August 2023. �Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items FAC 2023-01, effective 30 Dec 2022. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 311991 with a standard size of 700 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability and understanding of Army Regulations (ARs) to meet these requirements in addition provide U.S. Army Veterinary Command (VETCOM) Federal approval (commercial food establishment approval program) demonstrating the authorization to operate on USAYPG by 5 July 2023 08:00 AM Mountain Daytime Time (MDT).
