Description: This post-award synopsis serves to memoralize the sole-source contract made to Galorath, INC in the amount of $376,113.00 for SEER consultation, support services, and workshops on June 29, 2023. The pre-award notice, along with a redacted J&A, was provided on 5/1/2023 on sam.gov; the Library did not receive responses from any interested parties.�� Market research was previously conducted and it was determined that this is a sole source requirement per FAR 6.302-1.� This procurement was awarded under authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) - services required are available from only one or a limited number ofresponsible sources no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements.
