Description

This solicitation is being posted to the Federal Contract Opportunities page located at� https://sam.gov/. It is understood that this is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis� and solicitations to the Internet. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southeastern Markets Contracting Division intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Operating Room Equipment Deep Cleaning (Perioperative Service Deep Cleaning), The vendor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, �transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Operating Room Equipment Deep Cleaning. This requirement is being solicited in �accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition Approach: This requirement is set aside for Small Business. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base year of 12 months and�four (4) 12- month Option years. The estimated start date is October 1, 2023.
