- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued for 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334519. The small business size standard is 600 Employees. This will be awarded as a lowest price technically acceptable. This combined/solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products. Agilent Anti-Vibration Tables and Vacuum Housings for Sensitive Laboratory Instrumentations BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT: Agilent is one of the leading mass spectrometer manufacturer that also supplies anti-vibration tables and vacuum pump housings compatible with their instrumentation. The Environmental Chemistry Program (ECP) currently operates and maintains Agilent mass spectrometer instrumentations, along with their corresponding vacuum pumps, that require vibration protection, due to the nearby Washington SR 520 bridge replacement project. Agilents anti-vibration tables are designed specifically to integrate with their mass spectrometers, keeping the instruments at an optimal operational height, while also allowing for leg room underneath, enabling the technician to work on the instrument ergonomically. The tables also have either built-in or separate vacuum pump housings, specific to the vacuum pumps that come with the instrument, to protect the pump from building vibration and provide noise dampening. Due to limited laboratory space, while considering the number of instruments the ECP currently operates, it is in NOAAs best interest to purchase these tables as they are the exact size of the instruments foot print. Agilent anti-vibration tables and rough pump anti-vibration/quiet covers for the ECPs mass spectrometer instruments (GC/MSs, GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS) and corresponding rough vacuum pumps. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTRACT INFORMATION UNIQUE ENTITY ID.
