Description

Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to procure a subscription to a web based software system that performs queries and produces reports using publically available logistics and related data source through a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to procure the above items through a full and open competition. �(i)� THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� (ii)� This solicitation number is N68335-23-R-0239(iii)� The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.� (iv)� This solicitation is open to all business sizes.� NAICS is 513210.� PSC code is 7650 (v)� FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items, is incorporated.� (vi)� Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer.� (vii)� FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items is incorporated.
