Description

Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound is posting a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and recourse to support the requirement for audio visual equipment and installation in an auditorium located at the Navy Reserve Center Minneapolis, 5905 34th Ave S. Minneapolis MN 55450. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees.� The results of the market research will contribute to future procurement process decisions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding any submissions on this sources sought announcement. Description of Services: The contractor will provide the delivery and installation of the requested equipment and related services per the attached equipment list at NRC Minneapolis.� Installation of equipment will be completed on or around September � December 2023. Installation to be coordinated with contractors renovating the auditorium. Please see the attached equipment list for more details. Submission Instructions Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform these services are invited to submit a response or questions to this Sources Sought Synopsis Announcement no later than 1:00 PM Pacific 17 July 2023. All responses to this notice shall be emailed to Jeff Bulthuis Jeffrey.s.bulthuis.civ@us.navy.mil. If your organization has the capability to perform these services, please provide the following information. 1. Organization name, address, Cage Code, SAM.gov registration date, email address, website, telephone number, large or small business size status under NAICS Code 334310, and 2. Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with any appropriate documentation supporting claims of capability. Provide the details of any contracts for similar services your company has provided to the Government or any civilian agencies in the past. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
