SOURCES SOUGHT BACKGROUND: The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Laboratory Department including outlying clinics last replacement was approximately in 2017, and are > than five years. Currently the printers have been having issues and IT recommended replacements for the Zebra Printers with Hardware Interface and Scanners. PURPOSE/STATEMENT OF WORK: The Santa Fe Indian Health Center Laboratory has a need for the Name Brand, DataRay Zebra Label Printers and Scanners which are utilized on a daily basis to provide clinical labels for patient samples for support and care of IHS staffing. Specifications/Requirements: (Brand Name) Five (5) D3-MMP � Hardware Interface with DataRay MedMap Firmware. Two (2) 7680G � Honeywell Genesis Scanner Area-Imaging for DataRay ODDISY. Give (5) ZD421HC � ZEBRA AIT, Printer, ZD421, DT, Healthcare, 300dpi, USB, USB Host, Ethernet, BTLE5, US Cord, EZPL. One (1) DRI-ONSTSVC � Remote Installation and End User Training by DataRay. One (1) Ship Incl � Shipping & Handling � Ground Service. Special requirements: A change in brand name will prevent significant delays with patient testing as a result and would have an impact on direct patient care. Contractor Responsibilities: Maintenance and software support. Provide support services via telephone upon request. DELIVERY OF SERVICES: The delivery of services shall be at the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Facility: Santa Fe Indian Health Center Laboratory Department 1700 Cerrillos Road Santa Fe, NM� 87505 Attn: Celeste Denipah CONTRACTING OFFICER�S RESPRSENTATIVE (COR)/POINT OF CONTACT (POC): The Vendor shall verify all equipment information and coordinate delivery with the COR as follows: Celeste Denipah, COR (505) 946-9329 STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES:����� Locate eligible and qualified Small Business Indian Firms to support IHS procurement needs under NAICS code: 334111 � Electronic Computer Manufacturing. Utilize the information received with future acquisition planning efforts and potential Buy Indian set aside.� HOW TO RESPOND: This is a sources sought notice under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate qualified and eligible Small Business Indian Firms, �Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses,� that can provide services/supplies to the Indian Health Service.� This is a request for information only, this is not a solicitation.� Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary with no obligation or incurred cost by the government.
