- UNMANNED TASK FORCE INDUSTRY DAY OVERVIEW: The Department of the Navy (DON) Unmanned Task Force (UTF) invites existing and new industry partners to learn about the US Navy�s critical operational problems and current needs in development, prototyping, and employment of unmanned systems during a two-hour classified briefing session and one hour of networking availability in Arlington, VA on 27 July 2023. Download the attached flyer below to learn more about the UTF. The UTF will present briefs to cover information from the task force�s stakeholders, an overview of the UTF organization and business process, and assessments and summaries of previous sprints. The target audience is existing and new industry partners who possess at least a SECRET clearance and who desire to learn more about the US Navy�s use of unmanned systems. This UTF anticipates information sharing on key recommendations from previous sprints, analysis trends, and future unmanned technology areas. However, the program and schedule are in development and subject to change. NOTE: The UTF anticipates multiple follow-on opportunities for participation in two-day tabletops and vignettes that will explore the information in more detail, but the programs, schedules, and timelines are in development and subject to change. These events are tentatively scheduled for late August and September 2023. These events will also be subject to the below disclaimer. Any additional opportunities will also be announced via sam.gov. Participation in this July 2023 event is not required for future attendance. REGISTRATION Pre-registration is required to participate in the event.� Registration on the day of the event will not be allowed.� Registration will be available on a first come, first served basis. Each company is limited to one (1) to three (3) attendees due to space limitations.
