Description

The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in Jacksonville, FL that will be expiring on November 30, 2023. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements; as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. Such as physical move costs, replication of Improvement's (TI�s), telecommunication infrastructure, and nonproductive agency downtime. The Government seeks office and related space, yielding a minimum of 31,186 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 32,800 ABOA SF. The proposed term of the lease is for�15 years, 5 years firm. The agency will require 65 surface parking spaces. The desired area of consideration is described in the Delineated Area, in close proximity of Jacksonville FL, Cecil Field.
