Description

AMENDMENT 1 (07/07/2023): Addition of CLAMPS Drawings CLAMPS drawings have been incorporated into the attachments section. END OF AMENDMENT 1. This is a new requirement. There is no incumbent. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 336212. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a trade-off, firm fixed-price purchase order. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of quantity two (2) enclosed dual axle utility trailers to be used as mobile observing units for the Fire-Weather Observing Program in accordance with the Statement of Need. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
