- The USDA Forest Service, Southern Region Law Enforcement and Investigations intention to outfit 29 New Vehicles. Vendor will purchase and install all equipment, install vehicle striping kits and window tinting into/on the new vehicles in accordance with USFS Policy for vehicle outfitting. Also, the Governement will provide 29 New Vehicles. IMPORTANT: ATTACHMENTS to Fill-out required as per INSTRCTIONS TO OFFERORS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA (Solicitation, Page 20) Location: Southern Region Law Enforcement & Investigations, 1720 Peactree Road NW Suite 962 S Atlanta, GA 30309.
