This solicitation is no longer set aside for small businesses and has been amended to be eligible for full and open competition The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard has the following requirements: 2,000 inches of 1H 4710-01-027-5258 X2 PIPE,SML,3IN 300 inches of 1H 4710 01-128-3502 X2 ATSM-A-312,12IN,3SCH10S,304 These are in support of the NAVSUP WSS HX Program For evaluation purposes, Supplier must be actively registered in the JCP to receive restricted materials.
