- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT.� THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.� THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.� RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS.� A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW.� RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT. The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror to: Provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial and related services at the Blue Water Bridge building located at 2321 Pinegrove Avenue�Port Huron, MI 48060, and at the Ambassador Bridge Building located at 3303 W. Porter Street�Detroit, MI 48216. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services to perform and provide the work efforts described in the contract. This effort includes but is not limited to: Floor maintenance, cleaning restrooms, shower rooms, Tenant break rooms, lab rooms, routinely cleaning all surfaces, fixtures, walls, elevators, windows, and coverings, collection and disposal of solid waste management and recyclable materials. The contractor shall adequately suppress pests located on the interior and exterior of the facilities within the property boundaries of the facilities. The contractor shall provide adequate staff to respond to emergency service calls. The NAICS Code for this procurement will be 561720, Janitorial Services, and it is expected the subject requirement will be a one-year base contract with four 1-year options. Work is expected to commence on or about July 1, 2024.
