- The Regents of the University of Colorado�Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP)�of Boulder, Colorado. The contract action was not awarded competitively. The redacted JOFOC is attached. This is a cost-plus award-fee contract that includes a one (1) twelve month base period and four one-year options with a total contract value of $17,445,029 . The five year period of performance begins June 20, 2023. The work will be performed at the contractor�s facility in Boulder, Colorado. Under this follow-on contract, LASP will continue to provide TSIS-1 mission operations and data processing support services to continue performing key climate measurements through Total and Spectral Solar Irradiance (TSIS-1) sensor systems currently in operation on the International Space Station (ISS).
