- Related notice:�M00264-23-SSA-0025 This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source a procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) � Soliciting from a single source. Please see the attached Justification document. This request is for Preventative Maintenance services for the National Museum of the Marine Corps� Haas CNC Vertical Mill and Haas CNC Lathe equipment. The required period of performance is for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The applicable NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to Phillips Corporation, Coca Cola Dr. Ste. 200, Hanover, Maryland, 21076-1937, United States. The MCI-NCR RCO intends to award this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
