Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &IMF) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for wired cable television, wired internet, and wired telephone services for PHNSY & IMF, Hawaii Regional Maintenance Center (HRMC), and the Honolulu-Pacific Federal Executive Board (HPFEB) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 08/01/2023 - 7/31/2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 517111 for Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,500 employees. The Product Service Code is DG11, NETWORK �TELECOM ACCESS SERVICES. Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, PHNSY &IMF intends to award a sole source contract to Charter Communications for wired cable television, wired internet, and wired telephone services for PHNSY & IMF PHNSY & IMF in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, DFARS 6/09/2023, and NMCARS 18-24. A sources sought notice regarding this solicitation was posted on 2/8/2023 and closed on 2/13/2023. *This solicitation is available upon request only.� Please email both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting to obtain this solicitation.* All quotations submisisons need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3.
