- The purpose of Amendment 2 is to: 1. Update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) 2. Update Labor Category Descriptions 3. Update Section L 4. Update Section M 5. Update the PWS Acronym List (Attachment 1) 6. Update the Task Order 0001 PWS (Attachment 3) 7. Provide Question and Answer Responses (Attachment 8) 8. Extend the Proposal Due Date to 10:00 A.M. (CT) ON JULY 31, 2023 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update the DD Form 254 (Attachment 5), DD Form 254 Addendum (Attachment 6) and Section L�instructions for obtaining copies. United States European Command (USEUCOM) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic require engineering development, design, procurement, fabrication, configuration, integration, installation, logistics, maintenance, and life cycle support solution services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Information Technology (IT), and Electronic Security System (ESS) systems.� These services will support USEUCOM initiatives to ensure Department of Defense Information Network and cyberspace operations enable mission command of the USEUCOM Commanders Theater Campaign Plan, war plans, and orders.
