- Amendment No 3: Review/Return one signed copy of �Amendment No 3 - VA Galveston New-Replacing Lease 05-31-2023� by 4:00 pm, CDT, June 16, 2023. Description: The Government is seeking a minimum of 7,942 to a maximum of 9,800 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below. The lease term shall be 10 Years, 5 Years Firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or in parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 120 days� prior written notice.
