- Invitation for bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Finger Lakes National Forest for Solicitation Number 12445123R0039. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete the removal of varying lengths of barbed wire fence in varying states of disrepair and dysfunction.� All wire, fence posts, stays, clips, and associated materials are to be removed and disposed of off government property. Location of fence removal is at same location of old fence construction. The cost of the entire project is expected to fall within the price range of�$100,000 and $250,000. Annual Representations and Certifications FAR 52.204-8 (DEC 2022).� The Representations and Certifications must be completed online at www.sam.gov.� The required annual Form VETS-4212 must also be completed online at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm per FAR 52.222-37.
