- FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This is not a solicitation.�This is synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation will be issued.� CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Streambank Stabilization along Wilson Run Road, Washington County, Ohio. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Washington County, Ohio The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm-fixed-price construction contract is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in July 2023. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/.�No state level certifications will be accepted. PROJECT INFORMATION:� In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated magnitude for this firm fixed price construction contract is between $100,000 and $250,000.� The work consists of streambank stabilization of two sites (Upper and Lower) along Township Road 136-Wilson Run Road in the Township of Ludlow, Ohio.� Work includes placement of 76 Cubic Yards (CY) of type C Rock Riprap; 301 CY of Gabion Baskets; 13 CY of type C grouted rock riprap transition; and 208 CY of drainfill to stabilize the eroding riverbank along Wilson Run Road due to heavy rain in February 2018. A bid bond is not required.� Alternative Payment Protection in the form of a payment bond (SF-25A), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (ILC), or a Tripartite Escrow Agreement in the amount of 100% of the project cost will be required within 10 calendar days of award of the contract. The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation 12FPC323Q0045 is June 2023. Quotes will be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. � A site visit will be held, the details of which will be included with the release of the solicitation.
