- The purposes of this Amendment 0002 is to extend the closing date for solicitation SPRDL1-23-Q-0050. 1. Solicitation SPRDL1-23-Q-0050 closing date will be extended from 12 Jul 2023 through 28 Jul 2023. 2. Clauses 52.213-4, TERMS AND CONDITIONS--SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS (OTHER THAN COMMERICIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES) (JUN 2023) and 52.204-8, ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS(MAR 2023) have been updated. 3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to solicitation SPRDL1-23-Q-0050 is to update Narratice C.5, Technical Data Package Information (Contract Opportunities in sam.gov) Version. 1 . Narrative C.5, Technical Data Package Information (Contract Opportunities in sam.gov) Version, page 7 of Solicitation SPRDL1-23-Q-0050, is updated to disregard the requirement for submission of a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) to request access to the Technical Data Package (TDP). Follow instruction in narrative C.5, Section 3, to request TDP access through the SAM.gov website. 2. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
