- RFQ 36C24523Q0803 Amendment 0002 Questions 1. Q (Received on 7/10/23): The SOW states that this is for one 4"" hood and one 6"" hood, so two hoods in total. We are assuming that the price line items are for one hood, one stand and one IV bar. This corresponds to line items 0001 0001AA - Hood 0001AB - Stand 0001AC - IV Bar I assume we do not put a price for line item 0001? A: That is correct. The requirement is for the following items (found on p. 5 of RFQ): One 4 Horizontal Flow Laminar Airflow Work/Clean Bench Brand Name or Equal to: EdgeGARD e3 HF Clean Bench (EdgeGARD® 401) One 6 Horizontal Flow Laminar Airflow Work/Clean Bench Brand Name or Equal to: EdgeGARD e3 HF Clean Bench (EdgeGARD® 601) Two Stands with casters (One for each Work/Clean Bench) Two IV Bars (One for each Work/Clean Bench) The price of each item are to be reflected in their sub line item (slin), ex. 0001AA, 0001AB, etc. If the clean/work bench includes the stand with casters and IV bar at no additional cost, add the wording included next to the slins. Same applies for clin 0002.
