- The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract via System for Award Management (SAM). The subject solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 2 June 2023. The subject solicitation is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard for the subject NAICS is 750 Employees, effective 17 March 2023. This requirement is for Portable Shielded Enclosures, full specifications can be found in Attachment 1.
