Description

AMENDMENT 1 THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE RESPONSE TIME FROM 20 JULY 2023 TO 25 JULY 2023, AS WELL AS INCOPORATES CLAUSE 252.229-7003�Tax Exemptions (Italy); 5352.223-9000 Elimination of Use of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances; and�5352.201-9101 USAFE Ombudsman. The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for quantity 410 Arctic / Cold Weather Gear (High Loft Jacket/Pants and Arctic Issue Balaclava) capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 3 - Requirement Specification. Additionally, the Government requires delivery to AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY (Commercial Door-to-Door). Quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable �to be considered responsive and eligible for award consideration. Required Delivery Date: 12 - 14 Weeks After Receipt Of Order (ARO) or Best available shipping terms�
